Our Denim Process

The process of making fabrics begins with processing the remaining cotton production into fibers or yarns using the latest technology to produce high-quality yarns. The yarns that have been produced are then used as raw materials in the manufacture of denim, polyester, and teteron rayon fabrics. Denim fabrics will go through a coloring process known as the indigo process, while polyester and teteron rayon fabrics will undergo a dyeing process. In the final stage, the fabric will go through a quality control process to ensure its quality before finally being marketed.
